Our Story

In 2017, while on our journey to lessening our plastic usage and avoiding chemicals harmful to the environment (and to our doggos) we decided to make home and body essentials from scratch - soaps, shampoo bars, conditioner bars, body scrubs, liquid detergents, cleaning powders - anything we need that we can DIY (through the help of friends and the inter-web) we DIYed. It was amazing to not find the usual clutter of plastic containers in the bathroom and under the kitchen sink after just a couple of months.

We are still far from a zero-plastic, zero-waste lifestyle but it feels good to help save the environment in our own little ways.

Now through the OLER brand, we support people like you with your love for the eco-friendly and for the locally-crafted by making skincare products with natural ingredients and ethically sourced green synthetics - all by hand. We reject animal testing too, and use recyclable and reusable packaging.

We aim to make more of these kinds of products and be with you in your own journey of using less plastic and saving the planet.

 

 Oler is a Spanish word that means perceiving through smell or to sniff.

We pride ourselves in making products with aromatic essential oils that invigorates the senses.
