BULK ORDERS/CORPORATE GIVEAWAYS

We accept bulk orders for souvenir/reselling/fundraising purposes. Please allow production lead time of at least 3 weeks.

REFILLS

Drop off your empty containers or get your refills at one of our Stockists or during our pop-ups.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

To lessen both our carbon footprints, a minimum purchase of Php99 is required for us to process your order. Payment methods accepted:
  • Pay via Debit & Credit Card & Paymaya Wallet
  • GCash 
  • BPI and BDO Online Transfers and Bank Deposits - payments should be settled within 3 days of purchase. QR codes are sent via email
  • COD - disabled until further notice.

Please contact us if you would like us to ship outside the Philippines.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Because of the Pandemic, we are now shipping your orders from Imus, Cavite. Fees will vary for bulk orders. Please contact us for more information.

Metro Manila & Nearby Provinces

Via Local Couriers: Blitz Delivery, DPX or Gogo Express

  • Shipping Day: Monday, Wednesday & Friday
  • Flat rate fee of ₱135
  • Estimated arrival of order is 2 to 3 days 
Within Cavite
  • Shipping Day: Monday, Wednesday & Friday
  • Via Blitz Delivery, DPX or Gogo Express.
  • Flat rate fee of ₱95
  • Estimated arrival of order is 1 to 2 days

Provincial

  • Shipping Day: Monday, Wednesday & Friday
  • Via DPX/LBC
  • Flat rate of ₱185
  • Estimated arrival of order is 3 to 5 days

DISPATCH SCHEDULE

We dispatch orders every Monday, Wednesday and Friday only. Please make sure you settle your payments before 10:00 pm the day before the dispatch. 

 

PACKAGING

All of our items are carefully packaged for shipping with reused boxes and recyclable materials. 

For couriers like LBC, some packaging may be non-biodegradable. We ask you to please reuse the plastics or use them as fillers for your eco-bricks. 

TRACKING

LBC tracking numbers are provided. They update via text and/or contact the recipient prior to delivery of if items are already available for pick up. You may click here to track your order.

DAMAGED GOODS

Make sure to open your package in the presence of the courier. In the rare case that you receive your orders damaged, please email us within 24 hours of item receipt with photos and description of the state of your package when it arrived. Please note your courier's full name and send it to us so we can make the proper report.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or refunds. Should you have a concern with your purchase, please contact us or email us at olerph@gmail.com.

WHY ARE YOUR PRICES LOW?

By making our pricing inclusive and our products attainable, everyone can be part of our advocacies - our passion for the handmade and the locally formulated, our love for animals by rejecting laboratory testing, and our respect for the planet by using recyclable and reusable packaging. We want everyone to experience the best quality products at prices they can afford.

DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?

We would love that! But for now, we're only doing all orders online and through our partner establishments around the Philippines. Check this page to know where to find us.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS CRUELTY-FREE?

Yes! Our products are never tested on animals.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS LOCALLY PRODUCED?

All of our handmade products are crafted in the Philippines with ingredients that are sourced from all over the world.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?

Our current products are vegan. While we have never tested our products on animals, our upcoming lotion bar and healing balms and other products may contain beeswax.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE FOR SENSITIVE SKIN?

Yes. However, even though our products are made with natural ingredients and mild green synthetics some people may still be allergic. We recommend patch testing and should an allergic reaction occur, to discontinue use and seek medical advice.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY OLER PRODUCTS?

Because our products are made with natural ingredients, they need extra care to maintain their efficacy. Do not expose them to high heat, direct sunlight, or any other compromising conditions, and make sure to use within 8 - 12 months upon purchase.
